It’s an initiative which is done with our empaneled partner YCI(Youth Career Initiative) wherein they partner with leading Hotel chains like Marriott, Oberoi, Trident, Westin, Radissons etc. They train a group of participants in the age group of 18-25yrs on Personality Development, English Skills, Grooming and Mentoring. Once the training is done these participants are absorbed into these hotels as an employee.
