The Story So Far
Help Indian Army Soldiers in the transition from Military to civil. The program focuses on training the soldiers in Civil/Corporate Culture, Interview skills, Presentations skills, Interacting without Army Jargons, Resume Preparation etc. So that Post this program the soldiers are ready for their 2nd career. Volunteers should be able to communicate in Hindi. Help Indian Army Soldiers in the transition from Military to civil.
