The Story So Far
NIIT Technologies in partnership with NIIT Foundation has set up the third Career Development Center at Bhangel Village (near Tapasya office). The first Shiksha center at Dankaur has been operational since 2015 and second center at Madanpur Khadar since 2017. Aligned with our CSR objectives of Education and Employability, this NTL initiative intends to provide IT education and employability training to the underprivileged children and youth of the nearby villages. It would focus on imparting Interviewing Skills, Basic and Advanced IT training along with Spoken English. Industry specific training focussing on BPO, Retail and Hospitality will also be conducted with the objective of helping the participants find suitable employment.
