The social outreach committee of MattsenKumar has launched a competition for employees across its all sites to share practices of water conservation in day to day life. The ulterior motive of the competition is to encourage the habit of sharing good practices with others and join the cause of #JanShakti4JalShakti. The plan is to consolidate all such practices shared by employees and sight their stories on intranet as well as social media to let the world know of water scarcity and how we can contribute towards this global problem. For motivation factor, we shall reward the top three practices of water conservation based on amount of water being saved on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
