The Kelagiankere Lake, nestled in the heart of Bagmane Tech Park (Bangalore), had a huge area that was thus far being used as a dumping ground of garbage. With support from Grant Thornton LLP, its energetic volunteering force and the encouraging leaders Verne Bragg Collette Cummins Rituparna Bhattacharjee Sanjiv K., LetsEndorse and B.PAC transformed the land over the days and converted it into a green breathing patch, which now dons 120+ healthy trees of native and naturalized varieties. A special thanks to Smt. Shilpa Abhilash, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) Corporator Ward 58 New Thippasandra, who inaugurated the event and extended her support for Project Kalpataru.
